This position is responsible for application development and modification to the Virtual Terminal, SWP, Partners and Merchant applications, resolving ticket issues and analyzing the technical requirements involved in the implementation of new features or
modification of existing features.
Responsibilities include:
- Application development, including:
- Development of new applications
- Writing WCF Services
- Develop and maintain applications, tables and procedures
- Resolve any issues or bugs in applications
- Work on Database Design
- Work on Table Design/Structure
- Document complex procedures in the developer knowledge base
Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess:
- 1-3 years experience in a software development role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 1-3 years experience on:
- ASP.NET applications including:
- VB.Net
- C#.Net
- JavaScript, JQuery
- DHTML, HTML, and XML
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
- Ability to:
- Prioritize work and address multiple tasks concurrently
- Troubleshoot reported issues, ensuring the successful execution of processes
- Provide support to the user community via technical problem analysis and resolution
- Must have commitment to quality and customer service
- Must have ability to work effectively under stressful conditions
