    Okay, I've added the following to Web.Config:

    <location path="SecurePages">
        <system.web >
          <authorization>
            <deny users="?"/>
          </authorization>
        </system.web>
      </location >

    and now all the links work except the login link.

    As per your authorization tag, you are denying un-authonticated users to access the contents
    of SecurePages.
    I think you are having this login.aspx in that folder, which you need to move away from that secured folder.

    Problem solved, I changed the code in Web.Config from:

    <authentication mode="Forms">
          <forms name=".ASPXAUTH"
                 loginUrl="Default.aspx"
                 protection="Validation"
                 timeout="999999"/>
        </authentication >

    to

    <authentication mode="Forms">
          <forms name=".ASPXAUTH"
                 loginUrl="login.aspx"
                 protection="Validation"
                 timeout="999999"/>
        </authentication >

    this fixed the issue, thanks to all for the help..
