Every webhost offer different feature to their user on how to control NTFS permission. Apply the change on your local computer and upload to the webhost will NOT have any effect.
You should contact your web hoster and let them know that you want them to apply change permission for the ASPNET user to your site folders.

Thanks for your help, I contacted my host provider and they granted required permissions.
You should contact your host provider and ask them to grant full permission access to folder which you are placing your files. I did that and the peoblem was solved.

Hi aggonzalez and thanks for reply,
my problem is that I dont know how to grant this permissions to folder which have been deployed to remote server (my webhost),
I tried granting the permission in local computer and then puting them on webhost, but it didnt work!
