My company has bought 2 license of Crystal 2008 developer and I have written an application that willbe used to display crystal reports. Part of my application is web based and the other part is windows based. I have close to 40 users who will be using this application.

My question is what type of license should I buy? I am really confused with named and concurrent ones. I need to inform my boss about this ASAP, and I am not sure what kind or how many license I should buy. Could some one help me with this?

For Web you'll have to buy license for the server 

Thanks for the reply. Do you what type of license (named or concurrent). Any ideas with the windows app? Is there any way to combine the licenses for the 2 applications (web and windows)?

I don't think you can combine

The server license is just for the runtime

while for the desktop license my company bought developer licenses so that developers can create reports

But since you will also distribute along with applications you'll just need to buy a redistributable license for your windows app so that you can pack the file in your setup and distribute
