I want to create crystal report which consists of 167 columns. I do not want to do manual alignment of the columns as it take time, can any one please tell me how to align the columns automatically?

Set up your vertical/horizontal guidelines.

Control A to select all the headers etc.  Right click, snap to grid.  Or when you right click it might say align, and you can select how you want it done.
