Developing VS .NET 2003 Web Apps in Windows 7

    Is it possible to configure Windows 7 to be able to develop web applications with DotNet 2003? I got some "incompatible" error messages when installing.  Now when I try to open a web app I get the following error: "Visual Studio .NET cannot create or open the application.  THe likeliest problem is that required components are not installed on the local Web Server.  Run Visual Studio .NET setup and add the Web Development component.

    Anybody know any articles that explain what I need to do to get this to work?
