So if I am uses the create user wizard and I set the require unique email to false because I want the user to use their email address for a username how will the password recovery system work. Because now it doesn't have an email address. 

check if the user didn't provided the email, save the username as email as well and the rest will be ok. 

How can I get the create user wizard to use the username as the email address? 

Validate UserName at client side to ensure the user entered full email address in UserName field.
