    Hi,

I know that for doing a remote debug, we need to have msvsmon.exe in the remote system. But Unfortunately, I'm not able to get it setup in the remote machine and I was not able to find it in the Visual Studio 2003 setup CDs also. Is there any other way of doing a remote debug without making use of msvsmon.exe? or Is there any way where I can download the msvsmon.exe file.

I googled around a bit, and I found out that , there will be a rdbgsetup.exe in the installation cds, which should get the remote debug going. But, I was not able to find that in the CD's either.

Please let me know on this.

    Thanks

Thanks Darrell.  But , I don't think, it's working. When I run it on the remote machine and from my local machine, I'm trying to attach to a process (which will be msvsmon on the remote machine). I get a message saying: "Unable to attach to the process. MSVSMON is either not running on the remote machine or is running in Pipe mode".

And when I switch the mode to pipe and try to attach it, it gives the same message saying ... "or is running in TCP/IP mode".

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks again.
