I want to Raise a Question regarding Forums Friend System. As I have added
Terri Morton, Jiff and Andy as my friend's but in their friends list i am not their friend.
1. What is the Definition of Friends?
2. Should one can make a friend without others permission?
3. Need Approval system of Friends or not?.
Lets's thinks moderators about this question ............

the accounts that you have added as a friend will not reflect your name to their list of friends not unless if they will also add you as a friend.. your name will only be displayed under "My Fans" list in their profile.

Then it should be
1.Be a Fan of Vinz
2. Add Vinz as a friend (Responce needed)
and as for my 2nd question do you think it would be as community sites..
Major thing if i am a new-be in forum and see ones profile(Who already added some most popular persons of forum as friend). Then what will be in my mind........................
Wow great he/she has most popular person's in hes/her friend list..
you can add people as your friends and they'll show up as your friends. In the my fans part you can see who are the people who set you as a friend. If they appear in both panes then you can conclude you're mutual friends.

If both members add the other as friend. As I don't use this functionality frequently I don't remember if there's a mail being sent to the befriended person one has added but I think not.

How can we make mutual friends....??
As Kris stated, if 2 users have added each other as friends, then they are "mutual" friends. There isn't any additional functionality exposed when users are mutual friends.
The only thing the Friends feature does for you is to give you a place where you can quickly look up the users you are interested in, so that you can then click on their username and then see their posts or send them a message.

I agree with you.. members should be notified if someone is added her/him as a fiend just like the friend feature at http://www.codeasp.net/

I know all about it show up in my fans. But my question is still same? Is there any change required in this friends system or not?
