The Client...

Is a leader in the development of digital and multimedia applications for clients throughout the Asia Pacific region. They currently have over 200 staff both in house and offshore and are part of an umbrella company with thousands of staff worldwide.

Due to the number of exciting projects they have in store, they are looking to recruit the best C#.Net coders in the business to join their Malaysian based team.

The Role..

Will have you in charge of a group of Developers (3 -5) managing the development products - web, wap and mobile client applications. Whilst there will be some hands-on coding, majority of your role will be overseeing the design, development and testing of products as well as code reviews and managing your team.

As a part of the Research and Development team you will be given the creative authority to develop applications that will be used by millions around the world.

You..

Will ideally have the following technical skills:

Solid web development experience with Visual Studio - C#.Net, ASP.Net
Experience managing a team of Developers
A strong understanding of web development dynamics
OO Design and concepts
Knowledge of databases - SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL
Experience with C#.Net 3.5 technologies such as WCF, WPF and LINQ highly desirable
Excellent communication skills are imperative
