I want to start over and clear the Start page in Visual Web Developer 2008 - Express Edition: get rid of the projects on the page since I tried changing the directories in which they were located.

And that brings up the second question so that I can get off to a clean new start: where do set the default directory for the location of the porjects?  I do not want them in the "Documents and Settings..."; instead on my D: drive.

Many thanks for your patience as I get underway!

    Todd

To change the default settings file for the Visual Studio IDE, check the menu (Tools -- > options -- > Environment -- > Import and Export Settings)
