Does anyone know any good Widnows VPS providers? Preferably UK based and will allow you to install your own software? Currently paying £10 per month for shared hosting and looking to move to VPS.

All VPS ASP.NET hosting providers will allow you to install custom software if you have the license for it.

I would recommend you shift on the US
1. More competion
2. Lower prices
3. The same connection speed
Could you suggest any US VPS provider. I am not looking for a very high spec package and have no preference over which Windows O/S it is. The website I will be hosting are very basic frontend with SQL Server backend.

Not the cheapest, but i use MaximumAsp. Their customer support is completly amazing and then some, based on hyper-v, nice control panel, and will bend over to make you happy.
