I want to create a dynamic thumbnail using URL. Is there any way we can do it in ASP.Net?

There isnt a "proper" way to do this but there is a way to kind of trick .net into creating them:

There are also web services such as Amazons one which charge you a fee to generate the thumbnail for you.

Oh my bad they have shut down the service.
