i am using asp.net2.0 i have asigned a task i have some pages in asp now i have to convert these in asp.net2.0 how can i do this kindly help me in this regards

The best way is to rewrite them in ASP.NET.  There are one or two tools out there, but not free, and you still have to fiddle around reworking some of the odd code they produce.
