    iam coding in asp.net 2005 , if i want to upgrade to asp.net 2008, will it be easy, or is it problemestic?

    Try openning the .sln file of asp.net 2005 project directly in Visual Studio 2008. This will open upgrade wizard if required. and will just ask whether to upgrade it from framework 2.0 to 3.5 or not.. you can select Yes/No according to your requirement.
