    I have cut and paste mapped to my left and right mouse buttons. This functionality works in Vista and VS 2008, however when I open VS 2008 as administrator (so I can use IIS) the mouse buttons do not work.

    What do I have to do to get the mouse buttons to work in the administrator context?

    Many of the Visual Studio user settings and customizations are stored based on the user's profile.  When you login as Admin, it's a different profile.

    Try manually exporting your settings and then importing them as Admin:
