Hi there I was trying to follow along a How-Do-I video on the MVC framework. In the video he adds a ADO.NET Entity Model object. I don't have this template available. I've reinstalled 3.5 SP1. I have VS2008 Team Suite. I'd prefere not to have to uninstalland reinstall VS2008 all over again. I did find two other forum posts with no real resolutions so I thought I'd try my luck. Thanks in advance.

     Hi,

    • I start up VS2008.
    • Click Add New Project.
    • Select ASP.NET MVC template C#
    • Then when the project has loaded I right click on the website and select Add new item.
    • On the left side I select Data and look for the ASP.NET Entity model which doesn't appear to exist.

     Hi

    I reinstalled the VS2008 Service Pack 1 and the .NET3.5 SP1.

Rebooted and now I'm all good.
