    I am trying to install SQL Express 2008 with tool. I have already installed all the required components.

    I m having problem with "Server Configuration". Can someone help me with
    1) SQL Server Database Engine :: Account Name = ? , Password = ? , Start Type =?

    2) SQL Server Browser :: Account Name = ? , Password = ? , Start Type =?

    What value I should put in



    I am in transition from C/C++ to C#/ASP.NET

    Sometimes I miss letter "a" in many words. this is due to my keyboard

     Well; from what I encountered in the past, the value you put depends on the authentication mode you choose. If you choose windows authentication, you will not need those information. If you put mixed authentication, you will have to add the default MSSQL admin user called sa with a password you choose. You can decide to make it to start authomatically as well.
