Hello
I do not have Microsoft office. But sometimes I require use of access database in my .net projects.
How can I create an access blank database file without microsoft office?
Is it possible to create one from visual studio?

Since you don't have Access, you might take a look at
Database Administrator for MS Access
Althought it is a classic ASP tool, it's great tool to manage (and create) your MDB files online...
