vb6 upgrade wizard in VWD2008 (visual studio express 2008)

     I am using vwd2008 and when I select a vb6 project using (vbp, vbproj) , I receive the following message:

    "The Visual Basic .net upgrade wizard is not installed on this computer". 

    What am i doing wrong or does this require using the a visual studio 2008 version?

    VWD is a pure Web development tool while VB6 is a legacy client side project. You need Visual Studio to upgrade VB6 to VB.NET.
