    Have any of you had any issues with using Paypal as your processor since they changed some of the things in their TOS and how they do business? I have saw posts in various places of emails they have sent to some saying that they are going to start withholding 10% for I believe 30days as backup funding for reversals or the likes. I wanted to use them however now I'm not sure? Any thoughts on using them or not?

    My suggested VPS and Reseller Hosting provider is ResellerChoice.

    We use paypal we have received no such news about such changes..
