Not sure about night courses in Peterborough but there are some good user groups that maybe able to help you out such as NextGenUG, they have meetings in Cambridge - http://www.nxtgenug.net/Region.aspx?RegionID=8, I go to the one in Southampton and is very useful. Also check out VBug http://www.vbug.com/events/default.aspx, for events, they may have more info on night courses.
