3 Weeks ago I logged into the SampleProvisiongUI as a reseler (OFT) where I have been countless of times, and I no longer have any customers listed at all. At that time if I logged in as customer then I was able to see all the customer accounts. Yesterday morning I logged in as a customer and everything was there and then a few hours later I logged in as customer and it is all gone.
I have checked the MPS , PROV and MPSSQL logs and there are no errors. MPS log has the usual 4206 (Get/ACL) entries which have always been there. I have checked Active Directory and everything is there. I have check MPSSQL database tables and data is there, but still nothing on the SampleProvisioningUI. I added a new reseller via the provtest scripts and it comes up just fine, but all existing reseller and cutomer accounts are comming up blank. Can anyone please help...

More Information - If I login as the domain administrator to the SampleProvisiongUI, the Get/ACL 4206 errors do not appear, I am able to see the Hosting folder, ConsolidatedMessenger reseler, and a reseler I just created with a customer, but the reseler I am having the issue only shows the name (OFT) and I am unable to see any child objects under OFT. I can click on the reseler but the screen refreshes to the same view. It is as if the data from MPSSQL will not populate the Reseller OFT.

The quest continues, not sure if I will get a response, but here is where I am so far...
I have run a Trace and found the CustomerID which is invalid.
Where is this customer ID comming from if it is not in the PlanManager database? I am assuming it may be a SID .. sure would appreciate some guidance.

Error: 100015 Severity: 16 State: 1 Code=0x80070057 Invalid Customer
This is the only error I have found when I login as administrator, not sure how to figure out which one is invalid so I can only assume it is the one in question above (OFT). Any help would be greatly appreaciated.
