I am trying to run my .NET project and connect to web services via an emulator and am getting errors.  When I go through internet explorer and type in mymachinename/directory/myproject.asmx I get the web service loaded and am able to connect no problem and get results returned from the database.  Typing in the same address in to the browser on the emulator, I get an error stating:  "The page cannot be displayed or downloaded because the connection was lost.  Check connection and try again later."  I have no idea why I can connect just fine via internet explorer and not connect via emulator.  Any suggestions?
