Certainly no need to register or licence!
KeyurN: so I am free to use in my application
If your application is only ever for use on your own PC, then you are covered.
If your application gets released under it must be under GPL (effectively free to use for non-commercial applications)
If your application is to be used commericially, then you should ask for the time picker to be released under LGPL which while allowing free copying also allows free commerical use. I use LGPL for my licensing rather than GPL as I wish to use certain software that I have written at client sites.
