Error when trying to add a user using Web Site Administration Tool

I just completed setting up Membership/Authentication functionality using VS2008. I wired it up to use SQL Server 2005 instead of the SQL Server Express. The tables were created successfully. I was able to create a couple Roles, but when I attempt to create a user using the ASP.NET Configuation Tool I receive the following error. I am not sure what it means. Can someone help me?<br /><br />
