    Hi Kris....

ya...check those links sent by you.

I uploaded my imge in http://www.drop.io and you can check the link http://drop.io/hrgsxlp/asset/upload-jpg.

But after supplying the URL to tiny_mce, nothing is happening.......image is still missing....................but it can be viewed properly in the uploaded site. Then why not showing in the forum.

    Plz Suggest

You used wrong image url address, instead of this:

    http://drop.io/hrgsxlp/asset/upload-jpg
    use this
    http://drop.io/download/49c8b23f/6e8faa23cdc61a74b85d38370ccc91b2cb0b99cb/cae972d0-fa80-012b-b3d6-f725e7d8360d/d1065bc0-fa80-012b-fb8a-ff7ee54f7d95/upload_large.jpg
    and you'll get desired result:

    hi vinz,

    Thnaks for your reply.

    vinz:

I used the following site below for hosting my image...

    http://www.imageshack.us/

After uploading your image, All you need to do is copy the link provided in the box and paste it directly to your post..

The link you  provided and some other links are blocked in our company network. So unable to open them at all.
Only http://drop.io/ is openned in our network and i was trying to use that site only.

    To All participants:

I know this is the process of attatching images in post. It is ok.

My only question is that if the image is showing in clicking the link http://drop.io/hrgsxlp/asset/upload-jpg, then why it is not showing using the tiny-mce control ???

    To Kipo:

What is the problem with  http://drop.io/hrgsxlp/asset/upload-jpg link?

    Why should i use  http://drop.io/download/49c8b23f/6e8faa23cdc61a74b85d38370ccc91b2cb0b99cb/cae972d0-fa80-012b-b3d6-f725e7d8360d/d1065bc0-fa80-012b-fb8a-ff7ee54f7d95/upload_large.jpg

    rather than the pervious link?

After uploading the image in http://drop.io the site itself showing me http://drop.io/hrgsxlp/asset/upload-jpg link for the image.

    Thanks to all

After uploading the image in http://drop.io the site itself showing me http://drop.io/hrgsxlp/asset/upload-jpg link for the image.

http://drop.io/hrgsxlp/asset/upload-jpg doesn't have an image extension (.jpg, .gif, .png...) at the end, so I assumed that it's invalid because of that. The link i provided worked at that time, but if you open it now, you'll get the message that it is already expired. And, since I don't have experience with drop.io service, I can recommend you to try one of those web sites and see if one of them isn't blocked in your company:

    http://tinypic.com/
