At the bottom of the message there is a "Select Tags" button. If I click it by mistake, it very slowly opens some window, that doesn't want to close quickly. Is it possible to move this button somehow our of the way or remove it completely? I don't know if it's useful.

It opens a modal overlay where you can choose tags from to include with your post. Personally I don't use the tagging feature, or only extremely limited, since it has not a lot to offer for me.

I think it can be used as another way to categorize posts for searches.

I don't think it's used and it may be a prime candidate for removal.

 I also suggest to remove it.I noticed it's being misused by many users and doesn't add any value in my opinion.
