set local host as 127.0.0.1 when you are executing your web site

Great find!

Visual Web Developer 2008 Express Edition cannot access localhost at port number host file

Even i am facing this problem trying to solve it but no luck can anyone help

after trying few things i realized i am facing this problem only when my antivirus is running scan.

so how to solve this problem if somebody can help me plzzzzzzzzz
