  To disable an UltraWebGrid client-side, use the following (remember that
  Javascript is casE sensitivE):
  
      function DisableGrid()
      {
         var grid = igtbl_getGridById("UltraWebGrid1");
         grid.Element.disabled=true;
      }
  
  Server-side:
  
      UltraWebGrid1.DisplayLayout.AllowUpdateDefault =
