In Start Page,there are many Recent Projects listed in a box, I hope to clear the Recent Projects list items, how can I do ? thanks!

Yes, all  recent projects  are empty! 

After I create a new project, the new project name will be listed under Recent Projects , but if I reopen a old project (I just empty the project name in recent projects by deleting registry key) , I find the old project name will not be listed in recent projects ! bugs?

If we only delete list from Registry, these lists won't show in Recent Projects list.

To make VS to record the old project again, we can delete your solution file too (C:\Documents and Settings\YourUserName\My Documents\Visual Studio 2005\Projects\WebSiteSoultion). 

Note: The path above is by default. You can find it basing on your setting.

If we do so, VS will create new solution file for your project (Prompt dialog window to ask you where to save this new .sln file) and record it in Registry.

To simplify the operation, I have made a plugin file vs2008.txt for the software SuperCool Window Wash to clear VS 2008 Recent Projects

Steps:

1. Download and install SuperCool Window Wash at http://www.supercoolbookmark.com/download/supercoolwindowwash109.zip

2. Download  the Zip package of the plugin file at http://www.supercoolbookmark.com/vs2008.zip and extract vs2008.txt to you disk

3. Run SuperCool Window Wash and import wash items from PlugIn file vs2008.txt

4. Click Wash button to clear VS 2008 Recent Projects
