I have a website where i am trying to call an ASPX page that returns Data from a WCF Service. The website I am developing is using "XMLHttpRequest" for implementing AJAX. I am not using MS ASP.NET AJAX for implementing AJAX on the site. The site works fine wih IIS 5.0 on Windows XP. but the moment i try to run the Same web site on Windows 2003 and IIS 6.0, i am getting error. If i use the "Run WWW service in IIS 5.0 isolation mode" in IIS 6.0, the site runs fine. I am not able to find out the problem with the site. i have updated my server with the latest Patches for IIS 6.0. windows 2003 and .NET framework.

Please advise.
