I have Infragistic Control and i wnat to use that ValidationCallout Extender with Custom, and Required Validater .

But that ValidationCallOut is not working properly with infragistic control , the popup is appear on left-top of page

You should probably look for help with that issue on the Infragistics forums. It's been my experience that Infragistics doesn't play well with others.
