I have started using the trial version of DOTNETLIVEHelp application a while ago and It was working fine but suddenly the button in my website that goes to the Live chat application changed to the text " Default Text".

I have no idea why it has happened because I have not changed anything in the folder and every thing seems to be in place. I am not sure but I was just thinking can it might be related to Ajax handler!

Please advise me....
