I am currently using the small business starter kit template and I trying to figure out how to upload pictures to the site using the web interafce. I managed to get the files and database uploaded to the server, but I don't see how I'm able to load new pics. I see that it's using XML and a database (I seems that I should be able to choose weather I want to use the database or XML). Can someone please let me know how to load pic to the site from the site itself.

No can do ramelllamar.  There isn't any administrator portal, or CMS included in the SBSK.  If you want to change it, you need a programmer.  In order to change the pictures of the staff, I changed the names to person-1, person-2, etc, and copied them up to \SBSK\images\ using the web deployment wizard.
