I'm looking for an ASP.NET/MS-SQL developer with AJAX and ECommerce experience as well as a handful of other talents.

Someone who can communicate with me in English, is responsible, reliable, trustworthy and can make changes to my current websites easily and quickly.

I have had my current developer working for me for over 20 months now in his spare time during evenings and has done a wonderful job and will continue to work for me when he has time although he is finding it harder and harder due to his full-time job taking up much more of his free time (damn jobs!).

I am looking for someone similar to him who can work with me on my projects.  Some weeks there may be enough work for 10 hours work, some weeks 3 or 4 and some enough for 20.

Most work is web based and therefore your work must be IE, Firefox and Safari compatible and must be WC3 compliant.
