I don't believe that there is currently a .NET environment on the IPhone. You should ask the question on the MSDN forums to be sure.

No.

The only route to iPhone application development is via Apple's SDK and Objective-C.

Yep this is the most ugly part of Apple.And There is also no real effort we see by Mico$oft
