    Hello,

How do you deploy your project? There could be another reason of "loading very slowly".

    Regards

ngen.exe will probably not speed up your site.  It is made to create processor-specific images from an assembly.  If you are using Visual Studio 2005 you are probably not creating an assembly.

It would be more effective to determine what is causing your Homepage to load slowly.  Possible causes are very large images, or slow database calls.  What does your homepage load when visitors first access it?
