I have a customer whose requirement is that they want to be able to instantly scale up or out with just a phone call, practically instantly.

That is, they want to people to call someone like Amazon S3 and say:  I need to add 4 new web servers and 2 terabytes of disk space and have it happen without any hassles (besides getting a bigger bill).

Anyone know a provider that does that for sqlserver 05 or upcoming 08?
