    I thought I would help out solving the bugs in the toolkit. I have solved a couple of the bugs, but I can not get the Patch Utility to run on Windows Vista. I get an alert after selecting the folder that it can not create the patch manifest. I tried to play around with folder settings and it seemed to make no difference. I searched the forum for other issues with it and I found one pos with the same issue and it went unanswered.

    Hopefully this gets answered.

     Well I would like to submit fixes for bugs, but no one has responded to this....

    If you have the ability to build a shelveset, I can review and submit it directly.
