I've blogged about it and just wanted to repeat my complaints about it here:

I think it's a shame there is no real way to post source code to the Wiki without syntax-highlighting it offline.
After all the Wiki is about programming, and programming is about source, so weeding through HTML if you want to edit anything sucks big time.
I also do think that it really keeps people from contributing because doing the syntax highlighting offline isn't something anybody wants to spend time on.
As long as there is no copy+paste solution I don't see too much success for the wiki right now (besides all the people who just copy/paste their old tutorials/posts to the wiki)

     greetings Tigraine

    I use CopySourceAsHtml: http://www.jtleigh.com/people/colin/blog/archives/2006/06/copysourceashtm_9.html

It makes posting formatted code to wiki's, blog's, forums etc.. as simple as copy/paste.

I've used the RTF2HTML Generator by Jim Stall, but I still think its totally inacceptable to have a Wiki about source without a server-side syntax highlighter.
Code is getting obscured by Syntax highlightning, I need to worry more about formatting than I should be..

I just wanted to point out that it sucks :).
No matter how convenient the workarounds are, they are still workarounds and NO excuse for not having the feature in the first place.

Obviously they already have the feature, the Source Code here in the blog works like a charm. :)

Anyway, thanks for the link. Saved it to del.icio.us :)

    greetings Daniel
