hiiii,
i've problem with my Vb.Net2003... actually i can't add/new form and project..
when i create it the error message will be show "Library not registered"..
i search by google, i got some solution like register csproj.dll..
regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\Vc7\vcpackages\csproj.dll"
but still can't, then i tried to ReInstal, still can't then UnInstall and Install again
still can't...
Please help me..

It seems the windows installation is corrupted , please try to repair windows installation ...

Also make sure to install visaul studio 2003 sp1

now my VS.Net already OK..

just Install Windows Script 5.6 in my PC :) ...
