Hi,

I was wondering what would be the best tool for a graphics artist to use to create a mockup of a web site for a customer. Currently our designer uses some form of Adobe product I think. Surely there must be a tool with good design / graphics capabilities but also allows a code developer to open the solution in VS 2008 and write some code behind?

Please be sure not to confuse Microsoft Expression Web with Visual Web Developer 2008 Express.

Although similar by name, these are two entirely different products for quite different users.
