    hi all

    can somebody tell me how can i make the tool tip(which is used with the links ) font big and change the tooltip display.i want the tool tip that is displayed to be big  and also give 'X' in the tool tip so that the user can close it if he doesnot want to read....i want it the same way as in this webpage at the top when u select microsoft communities(on the left side below the address bar)...a tooltip like box comes in with link like Asp.Net,channel 8,channel9,IIS.Net,Silverlight.....

    Please help me in this I am designing it but unable to do it..
