The help file appears to be broken, I will work with out UE to get another one posted ASAP.

It looks like the help file is okay. But I needed to do the following steps to have the content show up:

    1. Right click on the help file and select Properies.
    2. In the propeties window there is an option to "Unblock".
    3. Then press OK.

Now the file seems to open correctly. I'm not sure why this changed with the newer help file.

Thanks, seems to work with vista but there does not seem to be an option for that under xp, is it somewhere else?
