I've submitted two emails and have not heard back from any moderators yet regarding this issue.

I can't get into the forums with my former id of wsyeager. Whenever I ask to reset my password with this id, I get back an email to reset my password with userid wsyeager36.

When I try to get back to the sign on screen via the email I receive back, it won't accept anything with an id of wsyeager, only wsyeager36.

I have many points accumulated (Participant) under my former id of wsyeager. I need to be able to get back in to the forums with this id; not the wsyeager36 id.

Please help me in regards to this issue asap.

I either need my formerid of wsyeager restored or all of my points associated with my former id xferred to the new one of wsyeager36.
