Any change to create a forum for LINQ to SQL?

Yes, there is talk of adding a Linq forum. For now, just place your posts into the Data Access and ObjectDataSource Control forum.

    Thanks, Ed

Thank, I did for now. LINQ to SQL is not going anywhere. Its a great technology and many people had lots of questions, in 2 posts on LINQ to SQL raised more questions than I thought.

Will be great to have that forum to dedicate and search questions about this exciting technology and filter those results. Just my 2 cents. Thanks so much for your answer. I hope you guys make your minds soon.

    Cheers

There is already a LINQ to SQL on the MSDN Forums:

    http://forums.microsoft.com/MSDN/ShowForum.aspx?ForumID=2035&SiteID=1

It would be a tad confusing if there was one on both.. LINQ to SQL goes beyond ASP.NET, so if there was one here, it's be limited specifically to its application to ASP.NET, in my opinion.

Clientside development and SQL Server (to name just 2) go way beyond ASP.NET, but they have specific forums here.  I think a LINQ to SQL forum here would be a very good idea.
