    Hi,  (first post!)

I'm considering payment options for a fairly large e-commerce site (> $1 MM annual revenue) and would like to check options outside of PayPal for both merchant and gateway accounts. It's most important that they be stable, reliable, and have good support for .NET software developers, i.e. established web services API.

Would be very interested in the opinions of developers who have worked with any other third parties and can vouch for their APIs, and overall business practices.

    Thank you!

I use Authorize.net with CDGcommerce for 3 of my companies. I have been using them for roughly 4 years now and everything has worked perfectly.

Authorize.net - Gateway service that you send transactions to
CDGcommerce - Merchant account that accepts transactions from authorize.net

There are plenty of deals out there for a CDG/Authnet combo so remember to google it.

I have just completed migrating the company I currently work for to YourPay. YourPay is the gateway and First Data Merchant Services (FDMS) is the merchant account. YourPay has been a lot easier to work with (we were using EFSNet before) than our previous gateway. They also provide a nice object model for .net web applications, so it made integrating their service with our site very easy.

Hi new to the forum and was looking for the introduction thread to introduce myself properly but wasn't lucky enough to find it. Anyway, I have friends who use Authorize.net with CDG Commerce and they have been using them for 3 years now and everything is working good. Authorize.net - Gateway is a service that allows you to send transactions to CDGcommerce - Merchant account that accepts transactions from authorize.net.

    I would check out http://www.payleap.com

They offer a payment gateway and a merchant account all in one package with very competitive rates.

This simplifies the entire process cutting out the middle man and third-party resellers.
