I am quite new to asp.net and web services, kindly help me.

I need code or link to the location where i can get the following

An application which uses web services to access Oracle database and at the database level it should have stored procedures to create, read, update and delete operations.

Most important i need some explaination using ref cursor in oracle when read from database using stored procedure.

Kindly help me as soon as possible as i need to develop the application with this tools.

This uses a MS SQL Server backend but you can get a look at the web service. The data access would be nearly the same using the Oracle Data providers.
