I am trying to find out what the default layout of VWD 2005 Express is.  I have read two conflicting statements about this.

A Microsoft Press Best Practices book says that the default layout is GridLayout.  I have another book by a different publisher that says the default is FlowLayout.

     Which is correct?

If errors were dollars, I'd be rich.

At one point the default in the 2005 family was to use GridLayout, but I haven't had to fight that for quite a while.

It also may depend on whether or not you use the HTML Designer to drag and drop stuff or write your own HTML.  (I write my own HTML so your mileage may vary.)

    Answer

Default is flow. Last time VS used grid by default was VS 2003.

    Thanks
